The Dough Council has a mission to bring to New Zealand customers great dough-based products, such as pizza and bread dough, pizza bases and calzones.
We are a loose collective of dough enthusiasts, drawing on expertise from a variety of sources. These sources include the original founders of Round Pizza, who brought over their sourdough pizza recipes from Naples, and Gault’s Deli, who provide great ideas for new dough recipes and pizza toppings.
